Current Client Opportunity
We are currently seeking a caregiver for:
Male patient in Benbrook
Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Condition: Dementia; patient is mobile
Environment: No pets

Responsibilities
Provide personal care services tailored to each client’s needs
Assist with daily living activities such as:
Meal preparation and feeding
Light housekeeping and linen changes
Transportation to appointments and errands
Outdoor activities and shopping
Support client mobility (active and passive exercises) per care plan
Observe and report changes in condition to the Director of Nursing
Requirements
Minimum of one (1) year of caregiver or home care experience
High school diploma or GED
Current CPR certification
Negative TB test (skin test or chest X-ray)
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, bending, etc.)
