Home Health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Location: Wayne, Detroit, Canton, Monroe, and Romulus, MI Love your job at last! The Opportunity As a Home Health COTA, you will work directly with patients in their homes to help them regain independence with daily activities. You will implement treatment plans developed by an Occupational Therapist, playing a key role in helping patients safely return to their routines in a familiar environment. Are You the Right Fit? Essential Qualifications
Licensed COTA in the State of Michigan.
Home Health experience preferred (but not required).
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Ability to travel to patient homes within the assigned service area (Wayne, Detroit, Canton, Monroe, Romulus).
Strong communication and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities
Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
Provide skilled OT interventions (ADLs, fine motor skills, coordination) in patient homes.
Educate patients and caregivers on home safety, adaptive equipment, and exercises.
Accurately document patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Communicate status effectively with the supervising OT and healthcare team.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and clinical guidelines.
