About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Manage and mentor nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care.

Conduct regular patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.

Ensure proper documentation and reporting of clinical activities.

Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida is required.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in home health care or clinical management.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.

Ability to work independently and make critical decisions.

Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
