About the Role:
LeeKO Home Health LLC is looking for a passionate and experienced Home Health Director of Nursing to lead our clinical team in Orlando, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the quality of patient care, drive operational excellence, and make a real difference in the lives of patients receiving care in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all clinical operations and nursing staff to ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered home health care
Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical policies and procedures in compliance with state and federal regulations
Supervise, mentor, and support RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other clinical staff
Conduct performance evaluations, staff training, and ongoing competency assessments
Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and ACHC/CHAP/Joint Commission standards
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans
Monitor and analyze clinical outcomes, OASIS documentation, and quality improvement metrics
Manage intake, scheduling, and coordination of home health visits to ensure continuity of care
Requirements:
Active RN license in the state of Florida (required)
Minimum 2–3 years of home health nursing experience
Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a home health or clinical setting
Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid home health regulations and OASIS documentation
Excellent communication, organizational, and team-building skills
Experience with home health EMR/software platforms preferred
CPR/BLS certification required
