Occupational Therapist (OT) – Job Description
An Occupational Therapist is a licensed healthcare professional who evaluates patients and designs treatment plans to improve their ability to perform daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Looking for OT & OTA is the following Areas:
Riverside Perris Moreno Valley Corona Temecula Lake Elsinore Menifee Beaumont
Evaluate patients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities
Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals
Help patients regain skills for daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, eating
Recommend adaptive equipment (e.g., grab bars, special utensils)
Modify environments (home, workplace, school) for safety and independence
Provide therapy for fine motor skills, coordination, and cognitive functioning
Educate patients and caregivers
Document progress and adjust treatment plans

Home health
Requirements
Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
State licensure
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) – Job Description
An Occupational Therapy Assistant works under the supervision of an OT to carry out treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities
Implement therapy activities designed by the OT
Guide patients through exercises and functional tasks
Teach use of adaptive equipment
Monitor and report patient progress
Document treatment sessions
Support patients with daily living activities during therapy
Work Settings

Requirements
Associate degree from an accredited OTA program
State licensure or certification
Strong communication and hands-on care skills
