Physical Therapist (PT) – Job Description
A Physical Therapist is a licensed healthcare professional who evaluates and treats patients with movement disorders, injuries, or disabilities.

Evaluate patients’ physical condition, mobility, strength, and pain levels
Develop individualized treatment plans and rehabilitation goals
Use techniques like therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities (heat, ultrasound, etc.)
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and lifestyle changes
Maintain detailed documentation and comply with healthcare regulations
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers

Requirements
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
State licensure
Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Job Description
A Physical Therapist Assistant works under the supervision of a PT to help implement treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities
Assist patients with exercises and therapeutic activities
Use equipment and modalities as directed by the PT
Monitor and report patient responses and progress
Document treatment sessions
Help patients with mobility (walking, transfers, etc.)
Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment

Requirements
Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
State licensure or certification
