    About the Role

    Position Type: Full-Time, In-Person

    Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

    As the Home Health HR Generalist , you will play a vital role in core human resources functions. You will be responsible for onboarding exceptional clinical talent while supporting employee relations, compliance, and organizational development. This role is ideal for a professional with healthcare HR experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for supporting high-performing teams in a home health environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Human Resources

    • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and federal employment laws

    • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR policies and procedures

    • Coordinate and support onboarding, orientation, and ongoing employee training initiatives

    Recruitment & Collaboration

    • Partner closely with Home Health leadership and Corporate Recruiter to forecast staffing needs and recruitment strategies

    • Build and maintain relationships with schools, professional organizations, and career events to strengthen the candidate pipeline

    • Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with the organization’s mission and values

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

    • Minimum of 2–3 years of healthcare recruitment experience , preferably in home health or hospice

    • Working knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements

    • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

    • Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite

    • Ability to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
