LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) – HOME HEALTH | PER DIEM 1099

About the Role:

Unlimited Health Care Services Inc. is looking for compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our home health team in Fort Lauderdale and East Broward County. Our patients are all from Deerfield Beach to Broward Blvd east Broward.

This is a per diem, 1099 position that offers the flexibility to choose visits that fit your schedule. As an LPN, you will provide hands-on nursing care to patients in their homes under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse and physician, as appropriate. You will be part of a supportive clinical team focused on providing compassionate, dependable care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes as directed by the plan of care

Administer medications and treatments as ordered

Monitor patients and report changes in condition to the supervising RN and appropriate members of the care team

Assist patients with their prescribed plan of care and promote safety and independence in the home

Provide patient and caregiver education regarding medications, treatments, disease management, and home safety

Communicate with the RN, physician, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team regarding patient needs

Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation for each visit

Maintain professional, compassionate, and respectful relationships with patients and their families

Requirements:

Active Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing

Current CPR/BLS certification

New graduates are encouraged to apply

Reliable transportation for patient home visits

Valid driver's license and current auto insurance

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and responsibly

Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care

Compensation:

$25–$30 per visit
