👩‍⚕️ What You'll Do

Depending on the assignment, your responsibilities may include:

Provide skilled nursing visits and individualized patient care

Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders

Perform wound care and monitor healing

Complete comprehensive patient assessments

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Monitor and report changes in patient condition

Educate patients and families regarding care plans and health needs

Communicate and coordinate with physicians, caregivers, and the BrightStar Care clinical team

Provide compassionate, professional care in the patient's home

✅ What You'll Need

Current Texas LVN or RN license

Current CPR certification

Valid driver's license

Reliable transportation

Current auto insurance

Home health or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
