BrightStar Care is currently seeking compassionate and dependable LVNs to join our growing team in Frisco, Celina, and Prosper, TX. We are looking for nurses who are passionate about providing high-quality, personalized care while building meaningful relationships with clients and families.

Locations: Frisco, TX Celina, TX Prosper, TX

Position Highlights:

One-on-one patient care

Flexible scheduling opportunities

Supportive clinical and office team

Responsibilities:

Providing skilled nursing care in the home setting

Medication administration and treatments

Monitoring and documenting patient condition

Following individualized care plans

Collaborating with physicians, families, and care teams

Ensuring patient comfort, safety, and quality of care

Requirements:

Current Texas LVN license in good standing

Strong clinical and communication skills

Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude

Home health or private duty experience preferred

Current CPR certification preferred

Reliable transportation
