    We are partnering with a national, publicly traded home and community-based health platform to place an experienced Home Health Account Executive driving census growth across the Mobile, Alabama market.

    This is a community-based home health sales seat in a close-knit Gulf Coast market where relationships move referrals. If you already own physician offices, skilled nursing and assisted living buildings, discharge planners, and case managers in the area, you know how much your book is worth here.

    Position Summary

    As the Home Health Account Executive for the Mobile market, you own referral development and census growth. You will work the community directly, building and protecting relationships with physician practices, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, independent living communities, hospitals, discharge planners, and case managers. You understand the home health referral process, you know how to convert relationships into admissions, and you operate with the autonomy of a field producer who is measured on results.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive home health census growth by developing and expanding referral sources across physician offices, SNFs, assisted and independent living, hospitals, and case management.

    • Own a defined territory in and around Mobile, managing your own schedule, call plan, and pipeline as a field-based producer.

    • Build durable, trust-based relationships with referral partners and position the agency’s quality outcomes as a competitive advantage.

    • Identify and open new accounts and facilities, expanding the agency’s reach into untapped referral channels.

    • Educate referral sources on eligibility, services, and the home health admission process to ensure clean, timely referrals.

    • Track activity and results, and partner with branch and area leadership on market strategy and growth targets.

    Qualifications

    • Proven healthcare sales experience with a track record of driving admissions or census; home health experience strongly preferred, hospice or LTAC experience a plus.

    • Established relationships and referral inroads in the Mobile, Alabama market, or demonstrated ability to build them quickly.

    • Working knowledge of the home health referral process and the post-acute referral landscape.

    • Self-directed field producer who can manage a territory, a pipeline, and their own time without close supervision.

    • Clinical background (RN or LPN) is a plus and viewed favorably, but is not required for the right sales producer.

    • Comfortable competing on quality and outcomes, and translating them into referral partner value.
