We’re hiring a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse in Jacksonville, Florida who wants autonomy, flexibility, and steady visit volume without facility burnout.

You’ll step into a field-based clinical role focused on skilled nursing visits including wound care, wound vac management, catheter care, IV support, and medication education. You’ll manage your own schedule within the Medicare week with supportive leadership behind you—not micromanaging you.

Compensation & Benefits

• $40 per visit
• Medical insurance stipend up to 50%
• 3 weeks PTO (4 weeks after 3 years)
• 7 paid holidays
