What we are looking for:
Experience in senior care of healthcare management is highly desirable.
Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and families
Speak, read, write, and comprehend English
Three years management or supervisory experience in health care setting, preferably home health care.
What you will be doing:
Develop and implement individualized care plans for seniors based on their specific needs
Supervise and train caregiving staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
Conduct regular assessments of client needs and adjust accordingly
Coordinate with healthcare professionals and families to provide comprehensive support.
Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and care activities
Assist with caregiver recruitment
Assist with scheduling
Prepare updates to policies and procedures as directed
Quarterly client supervisions
Monitor supply needs and ensures availability of necessary supplies
Assist with the billing process, including data entry
Assist with internal and external marketing
