Job description

MedicalOne is seeking a Part Time Marketing and Community Manager who will build and manage business liaison between MedicalOne and patients, physicians, community organizations, and many more. The Community Manager should be exceptional at communicating and presenting MedicalOne, as well as managing professional relationships with referral sources and the community.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Intake/Referrals team, Marketing department, and Corporate Managers to align efforts and drive results.

Lead community outreach initiatives, including presentations, marketing campaigns, and event coordination.

Develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans to promote census growth, enhance community recognition, and increase referrals.

Leverage your existing network across hospital discharge planners, SNFs, assisted living facilities, physician offices, and care managers.

Build and grow new relationships with hospital discharge planners, SNF case managers, physicians and other healthcare providers.

Educate healthcare providers on the agency’s services and the value we bring to their patients.

Own the growth of our referral base—with full internal support from our operations and clinical teams.

Represent our agency with the confidence and credibility of someone who knows the home health game inside and out.

Work independently while being backed by a responsive and agile leadership team that knows how to get things done.

Develop the company’s marketing strategies, campaigns and programs that align with market analysis and company targets.

Be available on weekends as needed to address urgent inquiries.

Qualifications: • 1+year of sales/marketing experience in home health preferred • Track records of successfully achieving/exceeding sales targets, with demonstrated success in growing a territory’s business over time • Valid driver’s license. • Ability to strategize, plan, and execute • Enjoys relationship building and networking
