Home Health Registered Nurse needed in Delray Beach, FL.

Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000+ per year (Commission + Base Pay)

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources (hospitals, physicians, case managers, etc.)
• Promote Medicare/Medicaid home health services to increase patient referrals
• Conduct community outreach and attend networking events to build brand awareness
• Educate providers and patients on available services, eligibility, and benefits
• Track referral activity and report marketing outcomes to leadership
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient transitions and satisfaction

Requirements

• Medicare/Medicaid Marketing Experience
• 15-20+ referrals a month
