    The Marketing Specialist oversees and coordinates various marketing activities to promote Boost Home Healthcare effectively. This includes developing strategies, implementing marketing initiatives, and ensuring a consistent message is conveyed to customers and the community.

    Competitive pay: In addition to base compensation, the Marketing Manager will be eligible for a performance-based bonus. Referral bonuses will be awarded for each patient referral that exceeds the established monthly minimum, providing strong incentives for high-performing individuals who consistently contribute to census growth. The position will start as a part-time position ($34 - $38 per hour), and for the right person, can grow into a full-time position with a competitive annual salary in the range of $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    Manage marketing operations

    Plan, develop, execute, and evaluate home health strategic marketing plan and marketing initiatives

    Ensure leads database is accurate and current

    Ensure marketing and sales reports are accurate and timely

    Spend time identifying and cultivating relationships with referral sources

    Increase overall client census; Develops and oversees inquiry follow up process to turn leads into clients

    Participate in local marketing events, health fairs, civic organization events, etc.

    Plan and host marketing events

    Communicate upcoming marketing events to appropriate staff

    Negotiate contracts with managed care companies, government agencies and other payers that ensure optimal reimbursement

    Participate with the management team in strategic planning activities

    Work collaboratively with clinical staff to assure consistent message to the customers and the community

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or other business-related field

    Access to reliable transportation

    Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory requirements and restrictions in home health services

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    1 - 3 years' experience as a home health / healthcare marketer, business relationship specialist, or business liaison preferred
