What You’ll Do as an Occupational Therapist:

Conduct in-home occupational therapy evaluations and deliver individualized treatment interventions

Develop and implement personalized care plans to improve daily living skills, independence, and quality of life

Educate clients and families on home exercise programs and therapeutic strategies

Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, optimal care

Document treatment plans and patient progress accurately using electronic health record systems, while maintaining current best practices

What We’re Looking For:

Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Florida

At least 1 year of experience in occupational therapy

At least 1 year of experience working in a Home Health environment

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Passionate, professional, and committed to excellent care
