Healing Hands Home Therapy is a therapist owned home health company based in Los Angeles. We are seeking compassionate Occupational Therapists who are passionate about helping patients maximize their independence, safety, and quality of life. Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plan

Address deficits related to ADLs, IADLs, safety, cognition, and upper extremity function

Provide patient and caregiver education to promote independence and safety

Recommend adaptive equipment, home modifications, and compensatory strategies

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and caregivers

Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate

Complete accurate and timely documentation

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

License to practice in the state of California

Valid California driver's license

Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance

CPR Certified

Current Physical Health Exam and TB Test

Professional Liability Insurance

Business License
