Compensation & Benefits Package

• $105,000 - $117,000 Depending on Experience

Job Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday
• Flexible Schedule
• No Weekends
• Coordinated Routes to Limit Travel
• Coordinates total patient care by conducting comprehensive health evaluations, monitoring the client's condition, promoting sound preventive practices, coordinating services, and educational and training activities
• Submits clinical notes, progress notes, and other clinical record forms outlining the services rendered as indicated

Job Requirements

• Occupational Therapist in the State of Florida – Required Upon Hire
• 1 Year of Institutional or Home Health Experience Preferred
• Must Have OASIS Experience Preferred
