Collaboration:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and communication.

Qualifications

Education:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.

Licensing:

• Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in Arizona.

Certifications:

• Current CPR/BLS Certification.

Experience:

• Previous experience in home health is preferred but not required.

Skills:

• Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and capability to work effectively in a home setting.
• Reliable personal transportation and a valid Arizona Driver’s License.
