Duties
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our Home healthcare facility’s smooth operation by accurately completing administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Be be able to use or be trained on using Kinnser / WellSky Software
Manage doctors orders
Be be able to use or be trained on using Eservices
Perform patients and field staff scheduling
Use medical software to support all transactions ( Doctors Alliance, Suture Sign )
Manage receivable and payable accounts and maintain financial records
Answer patients’ queries, ensure quality customer service and be professional.
Collaborate with CEO/ Administrator, nurses, hha and all staff members to help with any requests according to patients or office documents.
Answer phones, fax, copy, scan, orders
Ensure compliance with procedures
Keep up-to-date with changes in medical and insurance legislation
Reliable transportation and be able to be at work daily from 9am - 5pm.
Qualifications
This position requires a candidate who can effectively manage the daily operations of the office, including training development, schedule management, vendor management, and team management. The ideal candidate should have experience in office management or a related role, with strong communication skills and proficiency in using office software and phone systems. Knowledge of medical office management is a plus. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the front desk area, handling incoming and outgoing communications, managing office supplies, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The candidate should be detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
