Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on therapy and guidance to improve mobility and strength.

Educate patients and families on exercises and wellness strategies.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Document patient care and progress in compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

Valid Physical Therapist license in Texas.

Experience in home health care or outpatient settings preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care.

Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and best practices.

CPR Certified (current)
