The Opportunity As a Home Health PTA, you will work directly with patients in their homes, playing a critical role in restoring mobility and enhancing quality of life under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.     Essential Qualifications

    Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the State of Michigan.

    Home Health experience preferred (but not required).

    Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

    Ability to travel to patient homes within the assigned service area (Wayne, Detroit, Canton, Monroe, Romulus).

    Strong documentation and time management skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist.

    Provide skilled interventions (mobility, strength, balance) in patient homes.

    Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home programs.

    Accurately document progress and communicate status with the healthcare team.

    Maintain compliance with all regulatory and clinical guidelines.
