What You’ll Do as a Physical Therapist:

Conduct physical therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and physician recommendations

Implement evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence

Monitor, evaluate, and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed

Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and safety strategies

Collaborate with healthcare professionals and provide in-home therapy services to support patient recovery and quality of life

What We’re Looking For:

Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Florida

At least 1 year of experience in physical therapy

At least 1 year of experience working in a Home Health environment

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Passionate, professional, and committed to excellent care
