Job Description

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will:

Provide one-on-one physical therapy services in patients' homes

Assess and develop individualized treatment plans

Monitor patient progress and communicate with the Physical Therapist

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams when required

Qualifications

Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

Minimum 2 years of experience in physical therapy (Home Health experience preferred)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload

Valid California Physical Therapist Assistant License

Valid California Driver’s License

Current CPR certification, TB Test, and Professional Liability Insurance

Pre-employment physical and TB test (within the last 6 months)
