Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluation

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Address strength, balance, gait, endurance, and mobility deficits

Educate patients and caregivers on safety, fall prevention, and exercise programs

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members

Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Complete timely and accurate documentation

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Active California PT license

Current CPR certification

Valid California driver's license

Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance

Current physical exam and TB test

Professional liability insurance

Business license
