Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Patient Evaluation – Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans to restore function, improve mobility, and reduce pain.
• Therapeutic Interventions – Provide hands-on therapy, prescribed exercises, and targeted treatments.
• Patient & Family Education – Communicate treatment goals and provide guidance for continued care at home.
• Collaboration – Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Accurate Documentation – Maintain detailed clinical records and update care plans as needed.
• Ongoing Learning – Stay informed on industry advancements and best practices.

What You’ll Need:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) License – Valid in Nevada.
• Home Health Experience – Previous experience in home health is required.
• Strong Communication Skills – Ability to connect with patients, families, and team members effectively.
• Reliable Transportation – Valid Nevada driver’s license and a dependable personal vehicle.
• Team-Oriented Mindset – Ability to work independently while collaborating within a care team.
