Coney Island Homecare is looking for a compassionate and skilled Home Health RN to join our dedicated team in Billings, MT. Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive in-home patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

Administer medications, wound care, and other skilled nursing treatments

Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and changes in condition

Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members

Educate patients and family members on disease management, medications, and home safety

Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards

Provide compassionate end-of-life and chronic disease management support as needed

Requirements:

Active Montana RN license in good standing

Minimum 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience; home health experience preferred

Current CPR/BLS certification

Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation

Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR), OASIS and clinical documentation

Strong communication, time management, and critical thinking skills

Ability to work independently and manage a patient caseload in the field
