About the Role:

Join Forrester Homecare LLC as a Home Health RN Manager in beautiful Ft. Lauderdale, FL! In this pivotal role, you will lead our dedicated nursing team, ensuring high-quality patient care while fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of home health nursing services.

Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.

Supervise and mentor nursing staff to enhance clinical skills and performance.

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations in home health care.

Conduct regular patient assessments and quality assurance reviews.

Manage staffing schedules and coordinate patient assignments effectively.

Facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Participate in staff training and development initiatives.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.

Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health care.

Proven leadership skills with experience in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of home health regulations and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Current CPR certification and BLS training.

Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered approach.
