Are you a seasoned Registered Nurse with a passion for home health and leadership? BrightStar Care of Frisco/Carrollton is looking for full-time RNs with strong clinical backgrounds and a desire to grow into a leadership role — including the opportunity to step into an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) position within your first year.

💰 Competitive Pay Rates:

Start of Care Visit: $75/visit

Resumption of Care/Discharge: $65/visit

Regular Skilled Visit: $50/visit

Infusion Visits: $90 for the first 2 hours, then $40/hour

Private Duty Nursing: $40/hour

Orientation/Training/Meetings: $20/hour

🏥 Key Responsibilities:

Conduct 6–8 in-home patient visits per day

Develop and follow individualized care plans

Perform PICC line dressing changes and lab draws

Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to monitor care quality and clinical outcomes

Educate patients and families on health management, prevention, and post-acute recovery

Ensure compliance and accurate documentation

✅ Requirements:

Must Have:

Active RN license in the state of Texas

4–5 years of nursing experience, including:

2–3 years in acute care

At least 1 year as a Home Health RN

Proficient in PICC line care, lab draws, and wound care

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Comfortable collaborating closely with leadership

Preferred:

Experience with Wound Vac and LVAD care
