Common RN Visit Types May Include

Start of care (SOC) visits

Recertifications and resumptions of care

Skilled nursing visits

Patient assessments, teaching, and follow-up care

What We're Looking For

Active Texas RN license

Home health experience preferred

OASIS experience preferred

Reliable transportation and current auto insurance

Current CPR certification

Strong documentation and communication skills
