Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

We’re hiring a Home Health RN in Jacksonville who wants flexibility, autonomy, and strong earning potential without hospital burnout.

You’ll step into a field-based clinical role focused on Start of Care assessments, resumptions, discharges, and follow-up skilled nursing visits. You build your own schedule within the Medicare week, with leadership that supports you—not micromanages you.

• You have recent Home Health and OASIS experience
• You’re comfortable with Start of Care and discharge documentation
• You manage your time well and complete charting within 48 hours
• You value flexibility but take accountability seriously
• Experienced RNs preferred

Compensation & Benefits
• $120 per Start of Care (2 units)
• $75–$80 per resumption/discharge
• $50 per follow-up visit
• Medical insurance stipend (up to 50%)
• 3 weeks PTO (4 weeks after 3 years)
• 7 paid holidays
• Malpractice coverage
