Qualifications Required

• Master's degree or higher

• Healthcare (1+ years)

• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:

  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)

  • Practice Partner EMR

  • EHR Implementation

• Valid Speech Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)

• Do you have a valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance (all 3)? (yes)

• Have you spoke with a Recruiter about this role (via phone)? (yes)

• Have you applied to AHN Health Care @ Home anytime in the past 6 months? ( (no)

• Are you okay with the required travel for this position? (yes)

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans

Support patients in Erie, PA and surrounding areas | Erie team covers Erie, Crawford, and Warren counties

Travel

Ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8a-5p, 1 weekend a month, 2 holiday’s a year
