🎯 What You’ll Do:

Develop and implement customized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians

Conduct home environment assessments, focusing on safety and communication accessibility

Recommend equipment or adaptive tools to enhance independence and function

Report progress and changes in patient condition to the Director of Nursing (DON) and physician

Provide education to families and caregivers to support treatment goals

Maintain accurate, timely, and HIPAA-compliant documentation

Deliver care with compassion, dignity, and respect

✅ Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program

Pediatric experience required

Completion of required supervised clinical fieldwork

Current Texas SLP license

1+ year of pediatric SLP experience

Strong communication and documentation skills

Commitment to client confidentiality and ethical care
