Company Overview: We are dedicated to providing compassionate and professional in-home healthcare services. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Home Health Scheduling Coordinator to join our team and ensure the seamless coordination of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate home health visits for patients, ensuring optimal staffing and coverage.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to confirm appointments and address scheduling needs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient and caregiver schedules in our scheduling system.
Resolve scheduling conflicts and address any issues related to patient visits promptly.
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure that care plans are followed and patient needs are met.
Provide administrative support, including data entry and maintaining patient records.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in scheduling or coordinating in a healthcare setting, preferably in home health.
Proven experience in scheduling or coordinating in a healthcare setting in home health.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with HIPAA-compliant systems.
Bilingual abilities are a plus.
