Position Overview: We are currently seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience to provide in-home therapy services. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking for flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to manage their own caseload.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide speech-language pathology services to patients in their homes

Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and home health agency staff

Document visits and maintain accurate patient records

Job Requirements:

Active California Speech-Language Pathology License

Current BLS/CPR Certification

Authorization to work in the United States

Valid California Driver’s License

Current automobile insurance

Minimum two (2) years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist (home health experience preferred)

Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and provide a TB test dated within 6 months of hire
