We are seeking an experienced Home Health & Hospice Marketer to join our growing team.

Requirements: • Must have Home Health and Hospice marketing experience • Experience marketing in the Bay Area and Central Valley preferred • Strong referral relationships preferred • Excellent communication and professional skills • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented • Reliable transportation required

Responsibilities: • Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, assisted living, board & care, and care facilities • Promote Home Health and Hospice services throughout the Bay Area & Central Valley • Generate referrals and support agency growth
