Americade Home Health Agency is looking for Per-Diem RNs to visit patients in their homes. Currently seeking coverage around South Gate, Lynwood, Compton, East & South LA, and surrounding cities within LA county

Please note our office is located in the City of Westminster, but we are looking for RNs that can service Los Angeles/LA county. Interviews will be conducted at our office located at 14541 Brookhurst St #C9 Westminster, CA 92683

Duties

Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and detailed medical histories to create care plans.

We are specifically looking for Per-Diem RNs with IV experience that can complete Start of Care/Recertification/Resumption of Care/Discharge assessment OASIS

Administer medications, injections & IV infusion therapy (experience required)

Creating treatment plans relevant to the patinet's contion with precision and adherence to safety protocols.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control standards while maintaining meticulous medical records and documentation.

Requirements

Valid RN license in good standing with relevant state licensing boards.

1-3 years of experience in Home health/public health (required)

Completion of OASIS- E2 documentation (required)

IV infusion therapy (experience required)

Spanish speaking heavily preferred

Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance

CPR/BLS certification

Background check and health clearance required
