BrightStar Care is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide one-on-one skilled care to a patient in the Prosper, TX area.

We are specifically looking for an LVN with hands-on wound vac experience who is confident providing attentive, high-quality care in a home setting.

Provide wound vac management and monitoring

Perform skilled nursing care in the home

Administer medications and treatments as ordered

Monitor and document the patient’s condition

Communicate effectively with physicians, family members, and the care team

Promote patient comfort, safety, and overall well-being

Follow the patient’s plan of care and clinical orders

✅ Requirements

Current Texas LVN license in good standing

Wound vac experience required

Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

Home health or private duty nursing experience preferred

Current CPR certification

Reliable transportation

Compassionate, dependable, and professional approach to patient care
