Overview: We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Home Healthcare Clinical Manager to oversee clinical operations and ensure high-quality patient care in the home setting. This leadership role is responsible for supervising clinical staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical supervision to nursing and caregiving staff

Ensure compliance with state, federal, and payer regulations

Review and oversee plans of care and clinical documentation

Conduct staff training, evaluations, and performance reviews

Coordinate care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Monitor quality outcomes and implement improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

Active RN license (required)

Home healthcare experience (preferred)

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and regulatory standards
