    Home Healthcare Licensed Practical Nurse (1099/contract)

    The qualified Licensed Practical Nurse administers skilled nursing care to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse. Services are furnished in accordance with Boost Home Healthcare policy.

    What We’re Looking For

    Graduate of an approved school of practical (vocational) nursing

    Licensed practical (vocational) nurse in the state of job posting

    Required minimum one (1) year of LPN experience; preferred one (1) year LPN experience in a home healthcare setting

    Must have current BLS Certification

    A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible

    What You’ll Be Doing

    Implement the nursing care plan for each patient.

    Maintain accurate and complete records of observations, treatments, and care of patients.

    Provide nursing services, treatments, education, diagnostic, and preventative procedures as assigned.

    Initiate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures as appropriate.

    Observe, assess, and report changes in the patient's condition, including responses to treatments and medications, to the RN and physician.

    Teach and counsel the patient and family/guardian regarding the nursing care needs and other related problems of the patient at home.

    Salary Range

    $24.50 – 28/hr
