Currently looking to staff a shift 3 days per week (24 hours guaranteed): Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 8:30am - 4:30pm

Qualifications:

Current CNA license

Current CPR and First Aid certification

At least 3 years of experience in the field

Capable of handling someone that needs assistance with ambulation and transfers

Must have valid driver’s license and auto insurance

Must have reliable transportation

Must have good oral and written communication skills

Must be able to understand care plans and assessments

Must have current doctor’s health clearance to work which includes a negative TB test

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

Personal Care (Bathing, dressing)

Meal preparation

Light housekeeping

Monitor and report physical and behavioral changes

Assist with medication reminders

Experience with transfers and ambulation
