    Our mission is to provide compassionate care by our experienced Home Health Aides allowing clients to live in the comfort of their home where they are most happy and comfortable.

    Our Agency helps clients in the Somerset and Middlesex counties with Companion Care to Personal care services. A few examples: light housekeeping, medication reminder, meal preparation, shopping, accompany to/from appointments, bathing, toileting and many more from a few hours to 24/7 live-in.

    We are seeking a Sales Representative who has experience and proven results in sales within the health care industry. This sales representative has established relationship with conducting productive sales calls to: hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehab centers, and assisted living communities, etc.

    Responsibilities:

    The Sales Representative will be responsible to generate revenue by, making in person sales calls, networking, and building relationships with key decision-makers. The position has a wide range of responsibilities including but not limited to:

    In-depth knowledge of our products and services and be able to answer a wide array of questions which referral sources may have how they solve customer problems

    Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed the monthly sales goals

    Identify prospective clients, generate and convert leads

    Arrange and conduct in person sales calls

    Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs and follow up on outcomes

    Collaborate with colleagues within the healthcare and senior care arenas

    Maintain a referral source database and follow up with customers to continue relationship building

    Attend weekly sales meeting and provide weekly reporting

    Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    Must live in New Jersey

    Good communication, computer, organizational, and time management skills are essential

    Must have minimum of 2-year sales experience in the health care industry

    Must be able to work with minimal supervision, handle stress well, and be flexible

    Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor

    CRM experience preferred

    Good work ethics
