Job Description:

Home Helpers Home Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to join our team near Edison, NJ. As a CHHA, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in the comfort of their homes, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring their well-being.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.

Help with mobility and transfer assistance as needed.

Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements.

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

Perform light housekeeping tasks and assist with household chores.

Follow care plans and communicate effectively with supervisors and healthcare team members.

Qualifications:

Valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification.

Prior experience working as a CHHA in a home care setting.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Fluent in English; proficiency level of at least 7 out of 10.

Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy demeanor.

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
