    Position Overview:

    We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Home Care Business Development Manager who will be responsible for driving sales and business growth in the senior home care market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with specific experience in the home healthcare industry.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets in the senior home care market.

    2. Identify and cultivate relationships with key referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and other healthcare providers.

    3. Generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, and other prospecting activities.

    4. Conduct in-depth needs assessments and consultations with potential clients and their families to understand their home care needs and develop customized solutions.

    5. Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

    6. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the senior home care market.

    7. Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements to prospective clients.

    8. Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.

    9. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales activities, pipeline status, and business development initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

    • Minimum of 5 years of sales and business development experience, with a proven track record of success in the home healthcare industry.

    • Strong understanding of the senior home care market, including industry trends, competitor landscape, and regulatory requirements.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and referral sources.

    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

    Compensation:

    Competitive salary based on experience, with no ceiling on commission.
