What You'll Do
As a Home Hemodialysis Nurse, you’ll be a trusted partner in your patients’ healthcare journey. You will:
Deliver and manage home hemodialysis training and support.
Monitor patients' conditions, provide education, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Serve as a clinical resource and advocate for patients and their families.
Ensure all care complies with state and federal regulations, including safety and infection control.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
What We're Looking For
Active RN license in the state of Kentucky (required).
Minimum 1 year of RN experience in a clinical setting.
Prior experience in hemodialysis, ICU, or CCU (highly desirable).
Strong patient education and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
