Home, Hope and Healing, Inc. is seeking a cheerful and professional Receptionist/HR Assistant who will create a favorable first impression of our agency and provide vital office support to our human resources office. We are a homecare company with a behavioral health division located in beautiful Smithfield, Maine.

Duties include: answer and distribute phone calls; greet visitors; post job ads, prepare materials for new hire orientation and onboarding, follow up with new hire requirements, manage attendance and training databases, maintain electronic personnel records, and backup other HR staff duties.

Full time position, weekdays, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Requirements

Successful candidate will possess a pleasant voice and portray a professional presence; be tactful, discreet, and confidential; have excellent attendance, punctuality, and attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and stay organized amid interruptions.

Must have prior office experience, good computer skills, accurate data entry into databases/spreadsheets, working knowledge of MSOffice software and ability to learn scanning software. H.S. diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in healthcare, human resources, or APS HR/Payroll software a plus.Excellent benefits include:
