About the Role:

Five Star Bath Solutions of Sacramento is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Home Improvement Sales Representative to join our growing team in Sacramento, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a trusted brand, connect with homeowners, and close deals that transform their spaces. Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers to assess bathroom remodeling needs

Present and demonstrate bath solution products, packages, and pricing to homeowners

Develop and close sales using proven consultative selling techniques

Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process

Meet and exceed individual sales quotas and performance targets

Follow up on leads generated through company marketing efforts and referrals

Accurately document customer information, appointments, and sales activity in CRM software

Requirements:

1+ years of sales experience, preferably in home improvement, remodeling, or in-home sales

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

Self-motivated with the ability to manage a flexible schedule, including evenings

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Comfortable conducting one-on-one presentations in a home environment

Positive, professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude

Job Type: Full-time

100% Comission: $75,000.00 to $250,000.00 /year
