We’re hiring an experienced Infusion RN to join our team on a part-time basis! The ideal candidate is ready to onboard quickly, comfortable traveling within a one-hour radius of the Burnsville area, and able to case manage approximately three clients with visit frequencies ranging from once a week to once a month. This role focuses on delivering high-quality infusion care and may include staff supervision to ensure services meet professional standards. As an independently owned and operated agency known for being “caring, compassionate, and cheerful,” we’re looking for team members who bring that same energy. This flexible position offers day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts, with infusion and injection visits scheduled based on treatment plans and your availability. Compensation is $70 for 1-hour visits, $50 for the first two hours of longer visits, and $45 per hour thereafter, with mileage pay offered on a case-by-case basis

Job Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in accordance with professional standards.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient care and outcomes.
Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
Active RN license in the state of Minnesota.
Previous experience in a home health or acute care setting is advantageous.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
