About the Role:

Liberty Nursing Agency Inc is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Home Infusion Nurse to join our team in Manasquan, NJ. Responsibilities:

Administer intravenous (IV) medications, fluids, and therapies to patients in home settings

Assess and monitor patient responses to infusion therapy and document clinical findings

Insert, maintain, and troubleshoot peripheral and central venous access devices (PICC lines, ports)

Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy, medication management, and safety protocols

Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Manage and restock infusion supplies and equipment for patient home visits

Requirements:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey

Minimum 1-2 years of infusion therapy, IV therapy, or related clinical nursing experience

Proficiency in peripheral IV insertion, PICC line care, and central venous catheter management

Strong knowledge of infusion medications, dosing protocols, and adverse reaction management

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits

Excellent communication, time management, and independent problem-solving skills

CPR/BLS certification required
